Hey, I'm Lexi.  I remember my very first job, they made me where a badge that said. “Hello, I'm new.  And I'm Trying”.  Wish I'd held on to that. Good thing Jim is around to keep me from shorting out the studio!

I've been having a blast  so far getting to know my new home here in the Hat (are newbies allowed to call it that or is there an initiation period?)  For this born and raised Manitoba girl, let me tell you coming back to this side of the Mountains from Kelonwa, BC where I've spent the last four and a half years feels pretty amazing!

A few things about me, I'm a geek (like the Big Bang Theory Boys are too cool for me - seriously), I've watched my favorite movies so many times over I could reciete them for you, I like reality shows that are based around cooking, even though I don't cook, and everytime I see my dog Piper wag her tail I think of it as a manifestation of pure joy!

Really I'm just thrilled I can spend the next few months helping you get going first thing Monday to Friday, and If that includes a laugh or two along the way, it's a bonus.  This is a dream job and I'm loving every minute I get to be in Val's chair just keeping it primed till she get's back!  Also, just so you know, I'm loving the Country Music as much as you
are...lucky for you our Mics have off switches so the only one that has to put up with my singing is Jim!
